Philadelphia – September 1, 2018 –  Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt and Flores, LLC is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s attorneys were selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2019, billed by the organization as “the only peer-review guide to the legal profession.” Partners Ronald L. Greenblatt and Patricia V. Pierce were recognized under Employment Law – Individuals, and Greenblatt was also selected for Criminal Defense: General Practice. This is the debut listing for Greenblatt and the 23rd consecutive listing for Pierce. Ron Greenblatt, the firm’s managing partner, has litigated over 1,000 criminal trials on charges ranging from homicide, homicide by vehicle, sexual assault, serious drug offenses, fraud and other white-collar crimes, internet crimes, DUI and DWI. He began his career in the Philadelphia Public Defenders Office, where he was one of only two lawyers appointed to the Special Defense Unit. He is an executive committee member and past chairperson of the Philadelphia chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is also a founding member and master of the Philadelphia Inn of Criminal Court. Pat Pierce chairs the firm’s Employment Law practice, serves as co-chair of the Civil Rights Practice, and was recently appointed as chair of the firm’s Complex Litigation practice. She represents employees and consumers in individual, class and collective civil litigation in employment, civil rights and consumer protection and catastrophic personal injury matters.
