Greenblatt participated in a panel discussion entitled, “Indictables, Misdemeanors and Felonies, Oh My!” The session compared how criminal charges are treated in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, discussed strategies in expungements, reviewed sentencing trends, and examined the collateral consequences of conviction. Greenblatt’s panel included moderator Caroline G. Donato of West Chester-based MacElree Harvey and Louis M. Barbone of Jacobs and Barbone in Atlantic City.
