Weir Greenblatt Pierce LLP is looking for an experienced, full-time Transactional/Corporate Paralegal with an understanding of the PA/NJ mortgage foreclosure process. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have 3+ years of experience in Transactional/Corporate Law and must be a self-starter who can work independently. Must be able to maintain excellent relations/communications with clients and firm management.
DUTIES will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare, finalize and perform electronic filing using CM/ECF, and all related platforms for electronic filing in state, federal and bankruptcy courts
Draft and record mortgages, satisfactions and UCCs;
Form LLCs and draft operating agreements.
Skills/Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies, required.
Minimum of 3+ years Transaction/Corporate Law experience, required.
Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Foreclosure/bankruptcy experience a plus.
