Appellate Advocacy

The firm’s lawyers serve both as appellate advocates and advisors, and frequently are engaged to assist other counsel by providing strategic advice, drafting and reviewing briefs, and presenting oral argument in appellate courts throughout the country. • The United States Courts of Appeals for the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th,  6^th, 7^th,  8^th, 9^th  and 11^th Circuits, and the D.C. Court of Appeals.

We have argued in intermediate appellate courts in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, California, New Mexico and Florida. Upon request, WGP can provide a list of representative appellate matters that the firm has handled over the years.
